This is a strong opportunity for a lawyer with solid construction experience to take on a varied and high-quality caseload across both contentious and non-contentious matters (flexible depending on background and preference). You will advise developers, contractors, funders, and public-sector clients on a broad range of construction issues, including contract negotiation, risk management, project advisory work, and dispute resolution.
