We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer with a strong focus on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) integrations. In this critical role, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing the seamless integration of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure between merging or acquired entities. Your expertise will directly contribute to the success of business transitions, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum value realisation.
Brief Job Description
* Integration Planning: Work closely with IT leadership, project managers, and business stakeholders to assess current infrastructures and develop comprehensive integration strategies for M&A activities.
* Due Diligence Support: Participate in technical due diligence to identify potential risks, compatibility issues, and opportunities for consolidation or optimisation.
* Systems & Network Integration: Lead the design and implementation of integrated network architectures, server environments, and cloud solutions, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity.
* Migration Management: Oversee data centre migrations, server and storage consolidation, and the harmonisation of IT services, applications, and security frameworks.
* Post-Merger Support: Provide robust support during and after the integration process, troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring business continuity.
* Documentation & Compliance: Maintain clear and thorough documentation of integration activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
