The Opportunity
As they scale, they are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to drive growth in their corporate and insurer markets. You'll build strategic relationships with enterprise clients, health insurers, and corporate wellness providers while developing a repeatable sales framework that supports ambitious growth targets.
This role offers significant autonomy and growth potential in a rapidly expanding health tech company. You'll collaborate directly with the leadership team to shape the go-to-market strategy and build processes that enable scale.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the full sales cycle for corporate and insurer accounts, from prospecting to close
* Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees)
* Build partnerships with health insurers to embed solutions in their wellness offerings
* Collaborate with marketing to generate qualified leads and provide feedback on messaging
* Present the platform at industry conferences and events
* Contribute to developing sales processes, playbooks, and tools to enable scaling
* Manage key team members and help build a high-performance sales culture
Ideal Candidate Profile
* 5+ years in B2B health tech sales, with demonstrable success selling solutions priced £100k+
* Experience selling to corporate wellness, HR, and/or insurance clients
* Track record of consistent quota achievement with deal cycles of 3-6 months
* Strong presentation and negotiation skills
* Strategic thinker who can map solutions to complex client challenges
* Experience of leading and managing people
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Comfortable working in a scale-up environment with evolving processes
* Passionate about preventative healthcare and improving health outcomes
* Degree educated or equivalent demonstrable qualification
