Main Duties & Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in supporting the health, wellbeing, and dignity of our residents. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, leading the care team, and ensuring that each resident's unique needs are recognised and met with compassion and professionalism.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Being fully aware of each resident's medical, psychological, and social needs
* Taking ownership of care plans by assessing, implementing, and regularly evaluating residents' needs in line with company policies and best practice
* Leading and supervising a team of Health Care Assistants, ensuring they deliver care to the highest standards
* Participating in ongoing training and development to maintain and enhance clinical skills and professional performance
* Undertaking drug rounds safely and efficiently, ensuring medication is administered at prescribed times and supplies are adequately maintained
* Carrying out nursing procedures such as venepuncture, blood glucose monitoring, catheterisation, wound care, and vital signs monitoring
* Taking charge of the home during the absence of the Home Manager or Deputy Manager

Pay Scale
* £25.75 per hour
* £32.19 per hour (Weekends)
* £51.50 per hour (Bank Holidays)
