Role: HR Business Partner
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Up to £45,000

Your role at a glance
* Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and understand their teams inside out.
* Use people data and metrics to drive insight and action.
* Provide practical, clear HR advice and coaching across all people matters.
* Manage employee relations cases confidently and in line with best practice.
* Lead and support people initiatives in areas like engagement, retention, and performance.
* Collaborate across the wider People Team to enhance the employee experience.
What we’re looking for
* Proven HRBP experience, ideally across multiple sites.
* Strong generalist HR knowledge, including UK employment law.
* Commercial mindset with an interest in using data to drive decisions.
* Skilled in building strong relationships and influencing at all levels.
* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
* Driving licence and flexibility to travel across sites.
* Social care experience is a bonus, but not essential.
