Our client, a reputable M & E contractor is looking to recruit an Electrical Contracts Manager due to continued success and growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career within a progressive and successful business.
This role covers 3 sites across Bracknell, Hendon, Uxbridge and forthcoming works around Slough and Reading. You will visit sites once per week, work remotely some of the time and spend one day in the office.
The position pays up to £75k+ plus package depending on experience and qualifications.
Applicant Requirements
* At least 5 years’ experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager with trade qualifications.
* Previous successful experience on electrical projects ranging from £50K to £1.5M, including new‑build care homes, hotel fit‑outs and high‑rise residential.
* Experience delivering projects in the commercial new‑build sector with a proven track record up to £1.5M.
* Holding a valid driving licence.
* Holding a CSCS Card.
* Good working knowledge of Excel and Word.
* Self‑motivated, initiative‑driven and a good team player.
Responsibilities & Duties
* Meet with clients and design teams, liaise with architects & consultants.
* Carry out site visits and surveys, prepare reports.
* Manage site labour, subcontractors, contract costs and variations including procurement.
* Work on multiple projects simultaneously, with flexibility to travel and work at main office and on site as required.
