What's involved with this role: Job Title: Admin Team Leader Reference: 000A 2B48 / 1 Salary: £13.48 per hour PAYE Hours: 37 Role length: 9 months Job type: Hybrid Location: Glenfield Contract Type: Temporary The role: An exciting opportunity for an experienced Admin Team Leader to support the Direct Services department within Adults and Communities. You’ll assist in managing and developing a county-wide business support service, providing high-quality administrative and reception support across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support a team of Admin Assistants Oversee day-to-day administrative functions and reception services Maintain and monitor data systems, reports, and dashboards Support recruitment, induction, training, and performance management Contribute to business continuity and health & safety procedures Provide financial administrative support, including procurement and budgeting What the client is looking for: Proven experience in an administrative supervisory role Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication High proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital systems Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Sound understanding of confidentiality and information governance NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent Experience in adult social care settings Familiarity with relevant legislation (e.g. Health & Safety, Equality Act 2010) How to Apply: Submit your CV and cover letter If you do not hear from us within three working days, unfortunately your application has not been shortlisted on this occasion.
