We are looking for a Registered Care Manager to lead our organisation through its CQC registration and beyond. This is a key leadership role for someone who is passionate about care, compliance, and building high-quality services.
Responsibilities
* Take the lead on our CQC registration process, including the Fit Person Interview.
* Ensure compliance with all CQC standards and regulations.
* Oversee and manage care delivery to maintain the highest standards.
* Recruit, train, and develop care staff.
* Work closely with directors to shape and grow the service.
Requirements
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care or a relevant healthcare-related degree.
* At least 1 year of experience in the care sector.
* Strong understanding of CQC compliance and governance.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
