Renumeration: £75,000 - £85,000 + Bonus

Finatal are partnering with a leading UK services business to appoint an FP&A Manager into their finance function.
Our client is a well-established, nationally recognised business with a broad operational footprint and a continued growth agenda. With real scale and complexity across multiple divisions, this is an opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to make a genuine impact.
The Role:
Reporting into the Head of FP&A, the FP&A Manager will play a central role in driving the quality of financial planning, analysis, and business partnering across the group. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver insight that supports strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles across the group
* Produce high-quality financial models to support business performance and strategic initiatives
* Deliver variance analysis and commentary, translating financial data into clear narrative for senior stakeholders
* Partner with divisional and operational leads to drive commercial understanding across the business
* Support the Head of FP&A on board-level reporting and ad hoc analysis
* Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, systems, and reporting tools
Requirements:
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
* Previous experience in an FP&A or commercial finance role, ideally within property, real estate, or a complex multi-site business
* Strong financial modelling and Excel skills
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
* Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth environment advantageous
