Engineering Maintenance Team Leader- Bridgwater Location: Bridgwater Sector: FMCG / Manufacturing Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (Days & Nights) The Role We are recruiting for an Engineering Maintenance Team Leader to join a well-established FMCG manufacturing business with multiple UK sites. This is a hands-on, electrically biased leadership role, responsible for leading a small engineering team while remaining heavily involved in day-to-day maintenance and fault finding across the site. Operating within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you will ensure machinery uptime, support continuous improvement projects, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. You will report directly to the Site Manager.
