Are you an experienced Contracts Manager, Project Manager or Senior Site Manager with a strong background in passive fire protection, fire doors, fire stopping, compartmentation or FRA works?
This is a hands-on Contracts Manager opportunity with a well-established contractor delivering passive fire protection and fire compliance works across long-term social housing and public sector frameworks across the M25 / South East region.
This is not a desk-based role. You will be out on site, managing multiple live contracts, leading teams and subcontractors, building strong client relationships and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to a high standard.
