Retail Operations Coordinator
Location: Chertsey
Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000

In the role of Retail Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and improving store operations, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction across our client's retail network.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for multiple retail stores, providing top-notch service and support.
Maintain effective and efficient communication channels between head office and stores.
Regularly assess and respond to operational and trading issues.
Collaborate with commercial and back-of-house teams to meet KPIs and maintain stock integrity.
Facilitate smooth roll-outs of new product launches and promotional activities within stores.
Ensure compliance with all operational procedures and escalate infrastructure or system issues as needed.
Skills & Experience:
Demonstrable proficiency in MS Office 365 applications.
Highly organized, efficient, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and adaptation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication along with adept time management.
Proven ability to develop strong relationships with peers and cross-functional business partners.
Qualifications:
Degree level education or equivalent.
