Role overview
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. You should have experience with both freehold and leasehold sales and purchases and be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

What we're looking for:
* Minimum of two years' experience in residential conveyancing
* Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and legal requirements
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage your own caseload
