CK Group are recruiting for a Senior Project Coordinator to join a global healthcare provider serving hospitals, clinics, and homes on a contract basis for 6 months.
Salary:
£13 - 15 per hour PAYE (inside IR35)
Senior Project Coordinator Role:
1. Attend and produce minutes and actions for internal and client meetings, teleconferences, client visits, and audits to support assigned projects or the project management team. Understand full scope requirements to generate all required project documentation.
2. Receive, monitor, and manage client-supplied label text, randomizations, drugs, components, and materials, ensuring delivery to internal functions as required.
3. Generate required documentation and liaise with the depot group for third-party depot setup.
4. Manage inventory reporting, monitor, and track client inventory in line with project requirements.
5. Set up clients on Fusion Suite as required, provide ongoing support for client use, and manage passwords.
6. Coordinate the returns phase of projects, generate, manage, and monitor IDRs and destruction processes, ensuring invoicing is completed.
Your Background:
1. Educated to a high level, typically Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
2. 1 to 3 years' experience in customer service or a relevant business area preferred.
3. Strong time management and organizational skills with a commitment to high-quality customer service when managing multiple tasks.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Professionalism, including a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and experience communicating with external clients.
6. Performance-driven, customer-focused, collaborative, and inclusive.
