You’ll be supported with a steady pipeline of warm leads from an extensive network of introducers and referrals – no cold calling required. Your expertise will guide clients through the funding process, sourcing and structuring the most suitable development finance solutions.
Development Finance Broker Key Responsibilities
* Provide specialist advice on Development Finance and bridging solutions
* Assess client requirements, project feasibility, and financial structures
* Source, compare, and secure tailored funding packages from a whole-of-market lender panel
* Manage complex cases and oversee deals from enquiry to completion
* Liaise with internal support teams, surveyors, lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth progression
* Keep up to date with market trends, products, and regulatory changes
