Job Summary:
The project scope is to undertake project management services to manage the production and submission of a Development Consent Order (DCO), working with the Customer's consultants who will provide all technical, environmental, survey, costing, engagement and legal services to complete the DCO.
As part of the Construction Delivery Team, this role will involve supporting the DCO process, inputs and application and include activities such as, but not limited to:

Establishing the parameters and set out the construction sequence for the delivery (construction) phase of the project.

Providing construction planning to support the engagement with stakeholders and support DCO activities

Assessing the project plans and engineering designs to demonstrate that the scheme can be delivered within the timeframe, will not affect the operations of the airport and minimise impact to the local communities.

Conduct constructability reviews and integration with the design team to ensure a buildable design, identify opportunities early to improve cost and delivery, identify issues early ad incorporate into design.

Construction work planning including construction techniques for delivery

Construction logistics planning
The Construction Engineer role will support the Senior Construction Engineer in the development and delivery of this critical component of the programme, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality requirements are met safely and efficiently.
Major Responsibilities:
:Input into constructability reviews to optimise construction sequencing, logistics, and methodology.
:Coordinate with engineering and design consultants to ensure construction requirements are reflected in design deliverables.
