We are looking for a friendly and professional Optical Receptionist & Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in ensuring every visit is a positive experience.
About the Role
This is a client-facing role where your warmth and confidence will shine through. You'll be greeting patients, managing appointments, handling enquiries, and supporting the smooth running of the practice. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential.
Optical experience is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided. What matters most is your commitment to delivering outstanding service and your ability to make patients feel at ease.
