Quantity Surveyors - UK WIDE Our tier 1 water client are looking for Quantity Surveyors across London, Rickmansworth, Coppermills, Exeter, Southampton, Bournemouth and Manchester on a staff basis. This role will be taking commercial management / responsbilities of AMP8 and water treatment projects. Job Role Responsibilities: Quantity surveying duties in respect of managing projects and work packages Liaise with design, construction and supply chain teams to capture, analyse and control cost Collaborative work with the client to ensure business requirements are met Manage the main contract ensuring contractual notices and correspondence are identified and raised as necessary Requirements: Quantity Surveying experience in a Water environment - DOES NOT have to be water framework just water related activities.
