Start Date: Immediate Start
Salary: £90 - £100 per day

The school places a strong emphasis on student wellbeing, emotional development, and helping every pupil develop the confidence and skills they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom.
The school is looking to appoint a SEND Teaching Assistant on a temporary basis with an immediate start. The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will support students with a range of additional needs, including Autism / ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and challenging behaviour. Strong behaviour management skills are essential, as no two days are ever the same. The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will work closely with teaching staff to provide both academic and emotional support, helping pupils engage positively with their learning and develop key life skills.
The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will have:
• Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEND
• Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
• Experience working with Autism / ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or challenging behaviour
• The ability to build positive relationships and establish clear boundaries
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A patient, resilient, and proactive approach
