Are you an exceptional, experienced General Manager looking for a new challenge?
We are a multi-site operator based in Cheshire and we are on the look out for dynamic Managers for our expanding business. We expect only the best, and you must have a proven track record as an outstanding General Manager.
MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE:
* Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth, efficient running of the pub.
* Managing, motivating, and scheduling staff.
* Ensuring high standards of customer service and handling customer complaints.
* Managing inventory and stock control, including ordering.
* Ensuring food and drink quality and presentation.
* Maintaining cleanliness and safety regulations.
* Monitoring budget, sales, labour costs and general expenses.
* Planning and executing special events and promotions.
* Building and maintaining relationships with locals and customers alike.
What We Are Looking For/Key Skills and Experience:
* Previous management experience in a pub or hospitality setting is a MUST.
* Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to manage conflict.
* Business acumen, including strong numeracy and financial skills.
* Organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* A passion for hospitality and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
