Job Description Registered Manager – Nursing & Dementia Care Home (Worthing, West Sussex) Salary: £47,000 – £50,000 per annum Location: Worthing, West Sussex, BN11, UK Contract: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of a respected care provider for an experienced Registered Nurse Manager (RGN, RMN or RNLD) to lead a nursing and dementia care home in Worthing. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven nurse leader to shape high-quality resident care, supported by a strong senior management team and a committed on-site staff group. Key Responsibilities Lead & Inspire: Motivate, mentor and develop the nursing and care team. Ensure Compliance: Maintain full CQC compliance and uphold clinical governance standards. Operational Management: Oversee staffing, budgets, occupancy and daily running of the home. Promote Quality Care: Ensure robust care planning, assessments and safe admissions to support person-centred care. Build Relationships: Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals. Candidate Requirements Active NMC PIN (RGN, RMN or RNLD). Previous management experience within a nursing home setting. Proven track record of achieving positive CQC outcomes. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards).
