* Tailored Support: Delivering 1:1 and small group activities using personalised approaches to ensure every student can access learning.
* Promoting Independence: Encouraging young people to develop the skills they need to navigate the world with confidence.
* Holistic Wellbeing: Supporting students both in the classroom and in their onsite home settings, maintaining high standards of hygiene and welfare.
* Collaborative Reporting: Working closely with Teachers and specialists to contribute to student records and attend vital progress meetings.
* Adaptability: Using your initiative to manage challenging situations and shifting priorities with a calm, positive attitude.
