Responsibilities
* To shape and deliver the organisation's strategy, including mobilising support and resources, building influential partnerships
* To deliver visionary leadership in line with the organisation's mission and new strategy
* To drive campaigns, advocacy, and influence UK and international policy
* To strengthen and expand partnerships with in-country organisations, UK diaspora communities, and solidarity networks, including trade unions
* To raise the organisation's profile and expand its supporter base through compelling public engagement and fundraising
Qualifications
* Proven leadership in campaigning, international solidarity and/or movement building, ideally with a focus on gender justice and equality
* Strong experience and/or understanding of gender justice, structural racism and intersectionality
* Knowledge of solidarity movements
* Ability to fundraise, including drafting funding applications to trusts and other potential donor organisations
* Familiarity with the UK political, media, and philanthropic landscape
