The Multi-skilled Electrician Role As a Multi-skilled Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out a full range of response repairs, as well as planned works and void maintenance, in both internal and external premises.
Your duties will include: Performing a variety of electrical tasks to a high level of proficiency Coordinating work activities to ensure performance targets are met Working within strict timescales and budgets, recommending and seeking approval for any necessary variations Demonstrating a strong understanding of building regulations and compliance Providing excellent customer service and communication skills Supervising and mentoring Apprentices as required Ensuring the safety of yourself and others by adhering to the companys Health and Safety policies and procedures The Ideal Multi-skilled Electrician To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Fully qualified Electrician with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work Additional skills across other trades, such as plumbing or carpentry, are highly desirable Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficient in using PDA equipment to record work activities in real-time Working knowledge of statutory legislation related to health and safety, and the ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and method statements Willingness to supervise and mentor Apprentices as required A valid drivers licence and the ability to use a company or personal vehicle to fulfil daily work activities Why Join this Company?
