Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a friendly and supportive primary school in Thorne, Doncaster, who are seeking a full-time Primary Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.
This is an excellent opportunity for a caring and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development in a primary school environment.
The Role:
* Supporting pupils across the primary age range (EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on experience)
* Providing 1:1 and small group support to aid learning and progress
* Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
* Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
* Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have experience working with children in a primary school or similar setting
* Be patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic about education
* Have strong communication and teamwork skills
* Hold, or be willing to obtain, an enhanced DBS on the Update Service
* Be available to work full time, term time only

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
