Part of Bunzl plc, a FTSE 100 company Bunzl UK and Ireland has an exciting opportunity for a IT Support Analyst to join their IT team. The role will be based at our facility at Drumsill Distribution Centre on Moy Road, Armagh and help to support three operational businesses within the Bunzl Group.
The successful candidate will work closely with the IT Senior Support Analyst to provide a day-to-day operational IT services across teams.
As an IT support Analyst you will give IT support to users to ensure they have the correct tools and access to complete their duties. You will provide remote ticket logging, technical support and ticket resolution to a range of internal and external customers, you will be responsible for handling, escalations, follow up and customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
User Support
Provide IT Support, through:
* User management via Active Directory & Office 365 Admin Portal
* Deployment & Management of IT & Mobile devices - e.g. Security & Windows updates, intune
* On site Network stability & escalation
* On site Hardware & Software support (Bunzl IT's local resource)
* Day to Day support of ERP, Warehouse Management System, Access control and Telephony systems
Project Support
* Assisting with our core IT projects
* Supporting Project Managers with the IT elements of their projects
* Overseeing System testing
* Along with IT User Support, leading user training sessions in existing and new technologies
* Lead your own project (Coaching/training will be provided)
Skills and Experience:
Essential
At least 1 years' experience of
* User support / help desk
* Hardware/Software Installation
* Troubleshooting Network Connectivity so Experience/Knowledge of Hyper V, Terminal Services environment, Networks (VPN's, routers, switches)
* Knowledge of ERP systems in a live business environment
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
* A sound understanding of basic business structures and processes, e.g. how sales link with stock and credit control
* Clean Driver's license with the ability to move between sites if required is essential
Desirable
* Degree in IT, and/or mixed with Business/Finance or equivalent
* MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) or equivalent
* Professional technician qualifications
* Involvement with Projects e.g. upgrades, additional functionality
* Experience in user acceptance training
