Job Description

This is an incredibly exciting time to join a fast-growing, fast-paced global technology company. IFS has grown at 3–4x the average industry revenue growth rate. As our organization continues on its growth trajectory, our programs and functions continue to mature. We need energetic, creative, and focused individuals to join us in this next phase of our journey – and bring new perspectives to the table!

Work Location & Hybrid Requirement

This role is based in the UK and follows a hybrid working model. Employees are required to work from our Staines-upon-Thames office 2 days per week.

IFS’s Analyst Relations program is outcome-driven and tightly connected to company performance. At IFS, the business has well-defined KPIs for Marketing’s contribution to lead generation & pipeline and brand awareness growth.

This role is accountable for elevating IFS’s position in key industry evaluations, turning analyst relationships and content into demand, and partnering with Sales to accelerate deal momentum and improve win rates.

Reporting to the Director – Global Analyst Relations, this role will help take IFS AR to the next level by owning high-impact evaluations and initiatives within their remit, and translating analyst influence into tangible pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Essential Duties and Accountabilities

Program Management:

1. Translate company and BU priorities into an annual AR plan (coverage map, objectives, narratives, evaluation calendar) for owned domains.
2. Maintain analyst engagement plans across Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and boutique/niche firms; schedule and run briefings/inquiries with the right spokespeople.
3. Own end-to-end leadership of major evaluations (, Magic Quadrant, IDC MarketScape, Forrester Wave, Voice of the Customer) for assigned scope—timeline, RFI/RFPs, stakeholder alignment, rebuttals/clarifications, and post-mortems.
4. Partner with Marketing to source, prepare, and coordinate customer references; ensure regional coverage and evidence depth.
5. Coordinate cross-functional execution with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Comms; align to campaigns, demand gen, PR/social amplification, and sales plays.
6. Advise on AR budget planning, contracts, and tools required to deliver the plan (does not own budget).
7. Operate the AR engine: track interactions and outcomes, manage the AR CRM, dashboards, and reporting; monitor research agendas, timelines, and analyst events.
8. Drive internal communications about AR (newsletters, Viva Engage updates) and keep web resources and enablement pages current.

Research and Content Creation:

9. Convert analyst insights into clear, actionable recommendations (trends, competitive signals, buying criteria, investment implications); run a regular insight to action cadence and track decisions taken.
10. Build persuasive, evidence-based narratives, proof packs, and demo storylines for evaluations and briefings; craft executive-ready briefs and talk tracks.
11. Create and maintain AR collateral and enablement (analyst snapshots, Q&As, battlecard inputs, positioning briefs) for Marketing, Sales, and Product.
12. Package analyst content for GTM use (reprints, VoC quotes, awards), and collaborate on campaign content, web, social, and PR amplification.
13. Commission or tailor research (as needed) to validate strategies or quantify opportunities; summarise findings for leadership consumption.

Overall Required Competence

14. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
15. An analytical thinker with a strategic mindset
16. A positive attitude and ability to be flexible in the face of change
17. A strong self-starter with personal initiative and drive
18. Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
19. Ease with written communications and ability to provide input to the design of various communications (newsletters, webpages, social)

Qualifications

Essential:

20. BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, or Business preferred
21. Proficiency in O365 with strong Excel and PowerPoint skill

Desired:

22. 4 to 5+ years of experience in Analyst Relations, Marketing, or Communications
23. Experience collaborating across Marketing (campaigns, demand gen, PR/social) and Sales; evidence of AR impact on pipeline and deal outcomes.
24. Familiarity with methodologies and coverage models at Gartner, Forrester, IDC, plus boutique/niche firms.
25. Experience orchestrating customer references and managing complex cross-functional projects.
