Street Scene & Waste Operative needed in Plymouth Paying £99.45 per day ref OR23465 Full time hours on a temporary basis Key Responsibilities Carry out waste and recycling collections, ensuring safe handling of bins, bags and bulky items. Support street cleansing tasks including litter picking, sweeping, removing fly‑tipping, and emptying litter bins. Maintain public spaces such as streets, parks, and communal areas to a high standard. Operate vehicles and equipment safely (training provided where needed). Assist with seasonal tasks including leaf clearance and snow/ice response. Report environmental issues such as fly‑tipping, graffiti, or damaged street furniture.
