To deliver and adapt to comply with local Regulations, the Digital strategy and operational plan for the Aesthetics business. Provide insights, knowledge, guidance and facilitate the development and implementation of sustainable and compliant short and long-term plans to meet the company’s commercial objectives.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES (includes but not limited to)
* Implement the Digital marketing and virtual medical education strategy and plans, ensuring contribution and alignment with Digital Innovation Hub, Regional and Global team, Country Manager, Marketing Director, Medical and Sales.
* Implement the Digital Marketing plans; including management of Hubspot, Merz Aesthetics and educational website, virtual medical education activities (webinars), Merz Aesthetics social media and e-mail marketing.
* Actively engage and communicate as a Digital ambassador through developing and maintaining strong working relationships with Marketing, Sales, Medical Education, Finance, Business and Medical Affairs whilst communicating with stakeholders at all levels ensuring PMCPA ABPI compliance.
KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
* Build and maintain a network of external customers and market influencers to inform strategy and support effective implementation of the digital marketing and virtual medical education plan.
* Foster close cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Medical, Medical Education, and Sales Leadership Teams.
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Digital Innovation Hub, Regional & Global Marketing and Medical Affairs teams.
* Recruit and retain top-quality digital agencies to assist in developing and implementing high-quality websites, virtual events, social media, and email campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
* Business/Marketing or life science graduate.
* Significant Digital Marketing experience.
* Experience within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Industry preferred.
* Customer engagement skills - understanding systems, processes, and resources available internally and bringing in the right expertise at the right time to drive success.
* Excellent planning and prioritization skills.
* Good level of financial acumen.
* Advanced presentation skills.
* Computer literate with competence in working with data/multiple systems/CRM.
* Confident, quick thinking, responsive and solution-oriented.
