Duties

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
* Assist with food preparation as needed.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, particularly during banquets or catering events.
* Uphold fine dining standards by presenting drinks and food in an appealing manner while adhering to proper serving techniques.
* Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, assisting in restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
Experience
* Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, particularly in roles related to bar service or restaurant settings.
* Fine dining experience is highly desirable, showcasing an understanding of high-quality service expectations.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
* Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus, demonstrating adaptability in various service environments.
* Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential for maintaining health standards.
* Barista experience or familiarity with coffee preparation can enhance the beverage offerings provided to guests.
