Senior Residential Support Worker Location: Hale Barns, WA15 Salary: £26,800 per annum - sleep in rate £50 Hours: 48 hour contract - 2 shifts on 4 shifts off Shift times: 8am to 11pm - day shift, 11pm to 7am sleep shift, finish at 8am. The Senior Residential Support Worker role involves safeguarding children, promoting structure and routines, and acting as a positive role model. You'll also be engaging in intervention strategies, direct work with young people, and leisure activities tailored to their care plans. With a 48-hour contract on a 2-shift-on, 4-shift-off rotation, the schedule includes both day and sleep shifts. The salary is £26,800 per annum, with an additional £50 sleep-in rate for the successful Residential Support Worker.
