What You’ll Contribute
* Create lessons that last – Use a tailored learning approach and our smart learning tool, Compass, to empower members, helping them progress and unlock their potential.
* Build lasting relationships – Work in small groups (ratio 1:16) and inspire children to be fearless in learning.
* Drive change – Support members through the national curriculum, 11+ entrance exams and GCSE preparation, celebrating meaningful progress.

* Hours – At least six hours per week over two days, with start times between 3:30 pm and 4 pm.
Pay Rates & Progression
Hourly Rate
* Under 18: £8.00
* 18‑20: £10.05
* 21+: £12.25
* Extra 50p if working within M25.
Base rates increase annually based on hours taught.
Additional Perks

* £50 bonus per referred tutor, £500 per referred supervisor/manager.

Requirements
* Grade 5+ in GCSE Maths & English (predicted grades acceptable if results within 3 months).
* Age 16 or over with right to work in the UK.
We hire on a first‑come, first‑served basis and reserve the right to close the vacancy once a suitable candidate is hired.
All successful applicants will undergo employment reference checks, a Disclosure & Barring Service check or PVG check. This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and related amendments.
