Job Description Were looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager (Nights) to join one of our prestigious clients, a recognisable UK brand based in Birmingham! Youll take ownership of the night automation warehouse operation, leading a busy team of approximately 3060 staff. Your focus will be on maximising efficiency, productivity, and accuracy to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time and to the highest standard. This is a Full-Time, Permanent position! What youll be doing Lead and manage the night automation warehouse team, proactively resolving operational issues Use data and KPIs to drive productivity, efficiency, and accuracy Maintain and improve inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and stock control Oversee health & safety initiatives, audits, and incident investigations Update and implement Safe Working Practices (SWP) and team training plans Manage absence, performance, disciplinary matters, and staff development Plan resources and schedules to meet operational demands and labour targets Collaborate with Retail and E-Commerce teams to ensure timely order fulfilment Report progress and findings to senior management Hours Monday-Friday, 4:30pm1am (flexibility required) Pay Upto £45,000 per annum (depending on experience) Skills/Experience Required A valid UK driving licence Previous experience managing a team from a manufacturing or automation environment Strong computer skills including excel Hands on approach with excellent problem solving skills Methodical, organised, and an excellent communicator Benefits 28 days holiday Company pension scheme Employee discount up to 50% Health cash plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Health and wellbeing benefits programme Free on-site parking Growing business with opportunities for progression Essential All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).
