How you'll make an impact Lead and inspire a diverse team to deliver their best work. Support team members’ growth through mentoring, feedback, and development opportunities. Collaborate with global and regional leaders to align marketing strategies. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows and high-quality results. Foster an inclusive and innovative team culture. Help recruit and onboard new team members, ensuring they feel supported and valued. Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for improvement. About You You’re an experienced manager and have managed cross-functional marketing teams. You’re a strong communicator and a great collaborator. You’re passionate about mentoring and supporting others. You’re organised, solution-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’re fluent in English and have a good understanding of marketing processes and best practices. You have the right to work in the UK.
