The team

To stay competitive and support growth, our dedicated IT team ensures the integrity of our IT infrastructure, develops new systems, and provides excellent support to employees and clients.

The role

Reporting to the Head of IT Infrastructure and Operations, this senior position is the subject matter expert for Azure and Cloud technologies. Responsibilities include implementing, configuring, developing, securing, and supporting the Firm's Microsoft Azure Cloud platform. The role involves deploying and managing Cloud Services, Microsoft 365, Azure Stack, and third-party integrations, ensuring solutions meet best practices, standards, and cybersecurity requirements.

Duties include:

* Leading the implementation and support of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions, focusing on security, scalability, and operational excellence.
* Providing expert engineering support for cloud migrations, hybrid integrations, and enterprise deployments across Azure and M365.
* Adhering to the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework.
* Maintaining deep technical knowledge of Azure services, Microsoft 365 workloads, and third-party integrations, staying current with updates and new features.
* Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including configurations, governance models, and procedures.
* Serving as a senior escalation point for complex support issues, performing root cause analysis and driving resolutions.
* Managing scope, timelines, and risk mitigation for cloud initiatives.
* Tracking and reporting KPIs, system performance, and project milestones.
* Facilitating technical workshops and solution design sessions.
* Communicating and justifying technical decisions, ensuring security and compliance.
* Collaborating on project roadmaps for Azure and M365 enhancements.
* Identifying opportunities to optimize processes using Microsoft cloud tools and promoting their adoption.
* Designing and improving solutions with SharePoint Online and Power Platform for automation and collaboration.
* Championing new Microsoft roadmap features and integrating them into the environment.
* Applying ITIL practices for change management, incident response, and governance.
* Mentoring junior engineers and developing proof-of-concepts to demonstrate Azure and M365 value.
* Supporting Microsoft Dynamics technologies for third-party application integration.

What we are looking for?

Industry background is flexible; experience, attitude, and communication skills are most important. To be considered, you must meet the minimum requirements:

* A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
* Multiple Microsoft Cloud Architecture qualifications (including AZ-305) and demonstrable experience.
* Certifications in Microsoft Cloud, Azure, and M365.
* 8+ years in IT engineering and system support.
* Experience with Azure stack and Office 365 in a cloud-based role.
* Azure architecture and practical implementation skills.
* Knowledge of Azure IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS.
* Experience with ancillary applications like Lists and Planner.
* Proficiency with M365 Apps for Enterprise.
* Monitoring Azure and M365 tenants and cost centers.
* Experience with Security & Compliance Center.
* PowerShell and Bicep scripting skills (Infrastructure as Code).

Beyond technical skills, we seek proactive, motivated individuals eager to learn, take ownership, and contribute to our success. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, relationship-building at all levels, and a collaborative attitude are essential. You will work closely with Business Analysts, provide training and mentorship, and support continuous growth of the IT team.
