As a Regulatory Affairs Portfolio Manager you’ll be responsible for leading a team of regulatory professionals, aimed at ensuring compliance in all aspects of our food portfolio, as we strive to deliver Kellanova’s future business plans. Directly managing four professionals, you'll play a hands-on role in shaping our strategy whilst leading and developing a team of European-based regulatory professionals. No two days are the same as you work to achieve compliance across our diverse product portfolio – one day you may be training internal stakeholders on a new regulatory requirement and the second liaising with European regulatory authorities on one of our innovative new products. Based in our Media City, Manchester office, you'll embrace a hybrid work model, splitting your time between home, office, and other European locations as required. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing Leadership- Direct the regulatory operations team, overseeing the management and development of regulatory resources to maximize value and drive cross-category and regional operational efficiency in regulatory support. Regulatory Expertise & Support- Provide guidance, advice, and support on regulatory matters for the R&D (research and Development) team and across the wider business. Stakeholder Engagement - Provide input as a regulatory specialist to key stakeholder initiatives. Training - Provide guidelines and training on regulatory matters as needed across the team and wider business. Strategic Decision-making - Making outcome-driven decisions through stakeholder management cross-category and across the business We’re Looking for Someone With A Law Degree/Regulatory professional qualification or equivalent Experience in a lead regulatory role leading subject matter experts across multiple specialisms. Strong attention to detail alongside experience in FMCG, food, consumer health, or supplements sector. Significant experience/awareness of the commercial impact of being in a regulated sector.
