Support Worker Role in Aldridge
Do you have a passion for care? Do you want to help people with mild learning disabilities live independently and happily?
We are looking for Support Workers to join our brand new supported living residential service in Aldridge WS9. You will be part of a team supporting 17 service users in their own homes, each with different likes and hobbies such as shopping, cooking, swimming, trips, film nights, pamper sessions, and meals out. Your responsibilities include providing personal care, medication, assistance with daily living skills, and engaging activities. Join a team that will help you achieve your true potential.
Shift Details
* 7am – 2.30pm or 2.30pm – 10pm
* Alternate weekends
* Part-time and full-time hours available
Note: At this present time, we are unable to consider sponsorship for this role.
Experience: Previous experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health issues is ideal but not essential. We welcome applicants with no prior experience in care and will support your development.
This is a rewarding role with full training provided, including the Care Certificate and courses in learning disability awareness, autism awareness, and mental health awareness.
