Customer Service Advisor Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:30am-2:30pm Contract: 6 months (with possible extension) About the Role: We are recruiting on behalf of local authority for Customer Service Advisors to join their team. This hybrid role combines office-based and remote working, so it is essential that candidates reside locally to ensure business continuity. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls and responding to emails across a variety of council service areas, including: Waste and Recycling Homelessness and Housing Planning and Building Control School Admissions and Free School Meals Parks and Open Spaces What We're Looking For: Professional telephone manner and strong communication skills. Experience working in an inbound contact centre or customer service environment. Proven ability to handle challenging customer behaviours calmly and effectively.
