Project Coordinator
Full-time role - 12 month initial contract
Based in Central London - Waterloo or Mayfair
Need someone with EDMS & Construction exp
Day to day duties:
* Coordinate and oversee all on-site operational processes
* Conduct health and safety checks to ensure compliance with regulations
* Facilitate site inductions and routine site inspections
* Manage project documentation, ensuring all drawings and records are accurately stored and maintained
* Administer and monitor compliance processes across projects
* Upload and manage labour acquisition records
* Create security access passes and coordinate project induction setups
* Review and manage incoming timesheets for accuracy and approval
* Order project materials and process supplier invoices
Ideal experience:
1. A dynamic individual with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
2. Proactive and quick-thinking, with the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
3. Highly proficient in the use of various IT systems and digital platforms
4. Proven experience using SharePoint, with construction industry experience essential
5. Experience with EDMS platforms is essential, with Aconex experience highly regarded
6. Comfortable liaising daily with subcontractors, clients, and on-site personnel
