My client is seeking a driven Account Manager to take complete ownership of a territory comprising of up to around 200 accounts. This role demands exceptional discipline, with daily field visits averaging 10 client calls per day across existing and prospective salon partners.
You'll use a consultative approach to develop tailored business solutions that help salon owners attract new clients, enhance customer loyalty, and increase spend per client.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES will include:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across territory turnover and account acquisition
Develop comprehensive action plans with salon partners to accelerate their business growth
Leverage our complete product and service portfolio to deliver exceptional client outcomes
Maintain rigorous journey planning and territory management disciplines
