Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Occupational Therapist to join the Therapy Team in Swindon Intermediate Care Centre. This post involves rotating between the Stroke and General Rehabilitation ward and General Rehabilitation Ward within Swindon Intermediate Care Centre (SWICC). This is an exciting opportunity to use your stroke rehabilitation skills, including cognitive rehab, upper limb and functional rehabilitation.
Responsibilities
* Work within the stroke and fractured NOF pathway patients and also with other general rehabilitation patients.
* Collaborate with the SWICC therapy team, including Band 6 and 7 Occupational Therapists and Band 6 and 7 Physiotherapists.
* Support development and training through internal and external opportunities for training and development.

SwICC is a purpose built 60 bedded inpatient rehabilitation unit on the Great Western Hospital site with access to facilities including a therapy gym and therapy rehab kitchen.
