SSON Research & Analytics offers Advisory Services, data-driven intelligence via a library of research studies, and self-service platform-based data tools: Metric Benchmarker, City Cube, Intelligent Automation Universe, and the Shared Services Atlas. Role Responsibilities The Sales Development Representativewill be responsible for developing relationships with shared services and global business services professionals, consultants, and solution providers, educating them on the capabilities of the SSON R&A platform, and securing subscriptions. You will build a pipeline and develop a strategy to meet and exceed quarterly sales goals. Specific responsibilities include: Generating new revenue for the SSON Research & Analytics platform Providing demos to prospective clients, educating them on the platforms features and value Quickly responding to inquiries and initiating your own lead generation within the sector Account managing your clients, assisting them with any questions related to the platform. Attending SSON events to promote SSON R&A to attendees Collaborating with product development and marketing teams to provide feedback on lead generation campaigns and overall industry interests and insights Monitoring and reporting on the sales pipeline and revenue, with a meticulous focus on meeting and exceeding targets, while holding a deep understanding of what it takes to achieve your KPIs Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this role is energetic, enthusiastic, a quick learner, has a keen interest in data and analytics, and has experience in selling B2B products.
