Key Responsibilities:
* Low Voltage (LV) Distribution: Maintenance and oversight of LV distribution systems.
* Generator & Fuel System Maintenance: Ensuring power systems and fuel mechanisms are functioning reliably.
* UPS & Batteries: Routine checks and maintenance of Uninterruptible Power Supplies and battery systems.
* Lighting & Emergency Lighting: Upkeep of lighting systems, including emergency lighting to ensure safety and compliance.
* Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC): Maintenance of HVAC systems to guarantee efficient operation.
* Fire and Intruder Systems: Regular maintenance and troubleshooting of fire alarms and intruder detection systems.
* Water Hygiene: Ensuring water systems meet hygiene standards and comply with regulations.
* Lightning Protection: Maintenance and testing of lightning protection systems to safeguard infrastructure.
* Building Maintenance & Site Infrastructure: General maintenance of buildings and associated infrastructure, including grounds keeping tasks.
