About Hyatt Regency London Olympia
Hyatt Regency London Olympia will be part of a major redevelopment project transforming Olympia, London's historic conventioncentrebuilt in 1873, into a comprehensive convention, entertainment, and cultural district in West London. Anchored by the iconic glass barrel-vaulted roofs of the Grand and National Halls, the new 14-acre site will feature a boutique multi-screen arthouse cinema, a 4,000-capacity music and performing arts venue, a 1,500-seat theatre, a rooftop sky garden, as well as restaurants, shops, cafés, and office and co-working spaces.
Hyatt Regency London Olympia will offer 204 rooms, a bar and restaurant, as well as a lobby lounge. Additionally, there will be three meeting rooms and direct connectivity to the London Olympia Convention Centre.
Duties and responsibilities related to theLuggage Porterrole?
Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
Transport guests luggage from arrival points (e.g., car, taxi) to the front desk andsubsequentlyto theirrooms, andassistwith luggage during check-out and departure.
Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about room features, hotel amenities, and services asappropriate.
Safely store and retrieve luggage, ensuring proper tagging and documentation for easy identification.
Communicate effectively with the Front Office team and other departments to ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
About You
Previousexperience in a similar role within thepremiumhospitality segment is preferred. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with attentiveness, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently whilemaintaininga positive guest experience.
