The Role Kenilworth Nursery School are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring and reliable Part-time/Temporary Level 1 Teaching Assistant, for the summer term, to support the expanding number of children at our school. The role is for 25 hours per week over 5 days (9.00am – 2.00pm). Key Requirements The successful candidates will ideally have the experience of working within an educational setting and can demonstrate: • A genuine interest and enthusiasm for supporting children and in making a positive difference • The ability to support pupils to reach their full potential. • Creativity and versatility, engaging the child in their learning by using identified strategies which support their individual needs. • Responding to the needs of the child, recognising where potential barriers to learning may arise and seeking to overcome them. • Working as part of a team.
