Mandatory :We are seeking BA’s to join our onboarding migration team. The role requires a strong BA skillset to support with Requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, facilitating workshops, document as is and to be flows, skills required in Jira, change request and change management of requirements prioritisation, documenting project scope.
Optional but desirable skills : API requirements and design experience, Salesforce background and knowledge, Previous experience with technical migrations of customer data across platforms, Salesforce workflows
