About the role
As a key point of contact for our customers, you’ll provide vital technical and administrative support across the Assets service. You’ll work closely with tenants, leaseholders and contractors to ensure a smooth customer journey during regeneration, capital works and servicing projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting customers by handling enquiries, feedback and complaints in a helpful and professional way.
2. Helping the team manage cases, track data and monitor budgets.
3. Keeping accurate records, raising and processing orders, and updating systems.
4. Assisting with resident communications and engagement activities.
5. Making sure customer service is always delivered to a high standard.
About you
To be successful, you’ll be/have:
6. A clear and confident communicator who enjoys helping people.
7. Well-organised, with experience in admin tasks like data entry, record keeping and order processing.
8. A team player who can also work independently and stay on top of tasks.
9. Able to stay calm and professional when dealing with issues or complaints.

Working Hours: hours per week
Contract Type: This is a fixed term contract for months due to maternity secondment cover. Existing CHL employees are welcome to apply as a secondment opportunity, but please discuss this with your manager before applying.
Base: Hybrid working - working from office, home, site and in the community as needed. Your base will be our main office in Chy Trevail, Bodmin, PL FR. This role requires you to typically work from the office at least - day/s per week.
