Youll work with warm leads, access whole?of?market products, and receive full admin and compliance support so you can focus on what you do best: delivering exceptional advice and building long-lasting client relationships.
What Youll Be Doing
1. Offering expert, whole?of?market mortgage & protection advice tailored to each client
2. Managing cases from enquiry to completion with full support behind you
3. Working with a steady stream of quality leads while also building your own client base
4. Staying up to date with new lenders, criteria changes, and protection products
5. Creating an outstanding client experience every time
6. Developing long?term relationships with introducers, agents, and clients
7. Being part of a positive, energetic team that celebrates success
What Were Looking For
8. CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
9. Previous experience as a Mortgage Adviser (employed or self-employed)
10. A motivated, client?focused attitude
11. Someone who loves hitting goals and earning great commission
12. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
13. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to compliant, high-quality advice
