Our client is looking for an IFA Administrator to support Financial Planners and ensure clients receive a seamless, high-quality experience. The role is to manage documentation, maintain records, liaise with clients and providers, assist with valuations and annual reviews, and act as a professional point of contact. The team are collaborative, detail orientated, client-focused and like supporting and developing one another. Ideal applicants with have : Experience in financial services administration (IFA or wealth management). Confidence with back-office systems and Microsoft Office.
