Base Location: Watford

Why Join KPMG as Senior Global Mobility Assistant
KPMG’s Global Mobility team manages international assignments to support talent strategy. You will provide comprehensive lifecycle advisory support, working proactively with stakeholders and assignees. The role requires a consultative, organized, and efficient approach, offering diverse challenges and opportunities to develop professional skills.
What will you be doing?
* Supporting talent in achieving global mobility goals by collaborating with leaders, the team, and overseas colleagues.
* Following process instructions to administer the full assignment lifecycle.
* Handling international assignment applications, system updates, and queries.
* Managing onboarding and departure arrangements for inbound and outbound assignees.
* Communicating with relevant parties, including overseas teams, third-party providers, and payroll.
* Coordinating services with relocation, immigration, tax, and accommodation providers.
* Ensuring compliance checks, including right to work, are completed accurately.
* Producing assignment documentation and correspondence.
* Posting vacancy opportunities on the Global Portal.
* Tracking and updating files for new assignees.
* Processing invoices and liaising with vendors to ensure accuracy.
What will you need to do it?
* Experience in international assignments, global mobility, legal, immigration, or HR environments.
* Excellent organization, communication, prioritization, and self-motivation skills.
* Interpersonal skills for working with assignees and senior stakeholders.
* Proficiency in IT, especially Excel, for tracking purposes.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
